Our personalized wooden reward chart is designed to give children a simple, visual way to work toward a special reward. Each chart is personalized with your child’s name and includes removable acrylic stars or flowers that attach with Velcro dots.

As your child makes good choices, completes routines, reaches goals, or works on positive behaviors, add a piece to the chart. The white acrylic dry-erase plaque at the bottom lets you write in the reward they’re currently working toward and change it whenever you’d like.

HOW TO USE

Write the reward your child is working toward on the white dry-erase plaque. As they make good choices or complete their goals, add a star or flower. Once their chart is full, they’ve earned their reward!

Use it for morning and bedtime routines, listening, kindness, chores, potty training, homework, school goals, or any behavior your family is working on.
